BELLE Vue will announce their penultimate signing for the new season this week.
Aces boss Ian Thomas is close to finalising a deal for a new signing to add to his powerful squad. He said: ''Everything appears to be falling into place and we will announce a new signing very soon. I''m very pleased with the way the team is coming together for what should be an exciting season.'' NEWCASTLE have completed the signing of Phil Morris in a loan deal from Reading for next season. Morris was an integral part of Reading''s successful team this year and the Diamonds see him as an important capture. Co-promoter George English said: ''Phil never gives up and the fans will love him. He is just the type of rider we need to improve our team for next year.'' SOMERSET are close to completing a deal with a third rider for next season. The Rebels have so far signed Magnus Zetterstrom and Paul Fry and club boss Pete Toogood has confirmed that another deal is close to completion. He said: ''We''ve had some very positive feedback from our supporters about the start of our team building and I think they''ll like our third signing as well.''
