HOPKINS VISITS MOTORCYCLE SHOW
10 November 2004 - Suzuki GB PLC

Suzuki MotoGP star John Hopkins appeared at the International Motorcycle Show in the UK last week along with British Superbike Champion John Reynolds and new Rizla Suzuki team mate Scott Smart.

Hopkins (21), who has improved steadily throughout the season on the development GSV-R machine, recently signed for a further year with the team, which will be under the new management of Paul Denning.

Said Hopkins: “I’m looking forward to working with Paul in the new season and confident we will continue to improve the machine and results for Suzuki in 2005.”

Denning spoke of his eagerness to work with the rising Suzuki star and the rest of the MotoGP team and hopes to bring some of his Rizla Suzuki British Superbike Championship success along with him in his new role.
