26 November 2004 - British Speedway Promoters Association

EASTBOURNE have confirmed that 2003 World Champion Nicki Pedersen will be back at Arlington next season.

Pedersen joins Adam Shields as a definite starter and David Norris is expected to complete a powerful top-end Eagles trio. Boss Jon Cook said: ''Nicki was very keen to rejoin us and our talks went without a hitch. We''re delighted he is on board and hopefully he will carry on where he left off.''

ARENA-ESSEX have announced that popular American Josh Larsen will once again be in the Hammers line-up next season. Larsen returned to the club in 2004 after an absence of eight years when the Purfleet outfit joined the Elite League. He joins Mark Loram and Gary Havelock as confirmed starters, and the Hammers have also been given permission by Ipswich to talk to Witches asset Leigh Lanham.
