BIG-BORE-KIT FROM SIEBENROCK
09 September 2004 - Siebenrock

Following the Power-Kit and the Replacement-Kit developed by his company, the motorcycle engineer Jochen Siebenrock will present another BMW motor tuning kit at the Intermot in Munich.

The newest product from the creative Swabian engineering company is called Big-Bore-Kit. This kit tunes all BMW-R-100 models to their max with 80hp, an extension of the piston capacity to 1070 cc. and a torque of 90Nm.

This complete kit consists of two nisic coated cylinders (98 bore), each with two embedded VA-steel protection tubes, two molybdenum coated forged pistons with an optimal weight of only 428 grams, two piston ring sets and two piston pins with circlips rings. In addition the kit also contains two high-density forged connecting rods (150 mm) with the original connecting rod bolts, an asymmetric camshaft (EM2V1), all gaskets as well as the matching spark plugs and installation instructions.

The Big-Bore-Kit makes it possible to convert all BMW-1000 models (GS, R, RS, RT, CS) as of the construction year 1981 without any fuss and at reasonable costs.
