INTERMOT MÜNCHEN GOES TO COLOGNE
28 November 2004 - Intermot Muenchen

Germany´s motorcycle industry association, the Industrie-Verband Motorrad Deutschland e.V. (IVM), ran a new tender for the international motorcycle and scooter fair INTERMOT and has now awarded the contract to Cologne.

Other cities bidding to host the event, besides Munich and Cologne, were Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. Messe München respects the decision of the association´s members and wishes its partners and the event continued success.

Norbert Bargmann, Managing Director said ''Since 1998 Messe München and its partners have developed INTERMOT München into the leading international trade fair for the sector, attracting over 150,000 visitors and more than 1,100 exhibitors. We would therefore be happy at any time in the future to organise the motorcycle and scooter fair again in Munich.''
