PIRELLI SCORPION PRO - FIM ENDURO COMPETITION TYRE
27 November 2004 - Pirelli Tyres Ltd

Scorpion Pro has been developed as the natural evolution of the successful MT 83 enduro competition tyre, chosen by multiple World Championship winners and 2003 Six Days Enduro competitors.

Stefan Merriman, 250cc World Enduro Champion 2003, was involved
in the technical development of the Scorpion Pro now available to the general public.

Scorpion Pro boasts a range of high-tech materials which offer resistance to tearing, cutsand abrasion whilst still delivering an overall reduction in wear and enhancing the tyre’s overall performance.

Extreme off-road conditions require a balanced construction with sufficient strength to endure wear yet be sufficiently pliable to absorb forces over obstacles. To help prevent punctures Scorpion Pro is produced with a resistant cross ply carcass.
The tread blocks are positioned to provide optimum bite under braking, with stability on bumpy straights and tenacious traction in cornering.

To assist in quick tyre change under competition conditions, Scorpion Pro has also been specially designed to be easily fitted or removed from the rim.
Scorpion Pro has also been chosen as OE fitment on the KTM EXC series.

Scorpion Pro is available in:
Front 90/90 - 21 54 R
90/90 - 21 54M
Rear 120/90 - 18 65M
140/80 - 18 70M
