PRECIOUS METAL: HOT NEW V-ROD REACTOR WHEELS
24 November 2004 - Harley-Davidson UK

Admiring glances - as well as plenty of green-eyed, envious looks - come as standard if you ride a Harley-Davidson V-Rod, and with the Motor Company offering a new set of custom wheels the ability to turn heads can now be taken to the max.

The Reactor Five Spoke Custom Wheel dramatically changes the looks of Harley-Davidson’s award-winning performance cruiser. Featuring five ‘ball milled’ slim spokes radiating from the centre hub and a polished mirror chrome finish, the Reactor Wheel gives the V-Rod an open, light and sporting profile.

A smooth curving rim, highlighted with machine grooves, adds to the pure custom look without compromising strength or performance. The raised bosses on the chrome hub carry the Original Equipment floating brake discs and enhance the clean appearance of the wheel.

Peter Denton, European marketing manager for Harley-Davidson parts, accessories & MotorClothes (PAM) said: “The Reactor wheels have been created for V-Rod owners to set bold new styles for their motorcycles. The mirror-finish dramatically enhances the look of the V-Rod, and is one of many accessories available for V-Rod owners to personalise their Harley-Davidson bikes.”

The Reactor Five Spoke Wheel fits all 2002 and later V-Rod motorcycles and is fitted as standard to the 2005 limited edition Harley-Davidson VRSCSE Screamin’ Eagle V-Rod.
