NINJA 250R RECALL
26 July 2012 - Kawasaki Motors UK

On certain Ninja 250R models a possible fault has been identified with the tip-over sensor operation

On certain Ninja 250R models a possible fault has been identified with the tip-over
sensor operation which, in some circumstances, may be affected by vibration through
its mounting bracket. This could cause the engine to stop running.

Kawasaki have issued a recall of all affected units and are contacting registered owners
of the machines by letter, asking them to contact their nearest dealer to get their bike
repaired. The repair will take about 45 minutes to complete.

Customers with any further enquiries should speak to their local Kawasaki road bike dealer or call Kawasaki Customer Service on 01628 856750.
