New for 2004 Genuine Innovations is offering four Tire Repair & Inflation Kits, designed for motorcyclists and ATV riders.

Each kit contains a rugged, controllable CO2-powered inflator, several CO2 cartridges, a tire reamer tool, an T-handle insertion tool, five plug sticks, glue and several sizes of self vulcanizing patches, all stored in a 5.25” x 6.5” nylon zippered bag. CO2-powered inflation products, with their initial blast of high pressure gas, is the only way to set a bead back onto your rim while off-road. These flat tire repair kits are a MUST carry for any motorcyclist or ATV rider who wants peace of mind when out on the road or trail. CO2 inflators are perfect for race situations. • Tire Repair & Inflation Kit basic (# 3518) – For ATV’s and small-to-medium sized street and dirt motorcycle tires. Great for racers. Comes with the Genuine Innovation’s Microflate inflator, the lightest and smallest CO2 inflator made. The Microflate features twist-to-inflate technology; just twist the CO2 cartridge to inflate. Includes three 16g. threaded CO2 cartridges, as well as the above mentioned repair tools and materials.

• Tire Repair & Inflation Kit standard (#3515) – For ATV’s and small-to-medium sized street and dirt motorcycle tires. Great for racers. Comes with the Genuine Innovation’s Air Chuck inflator, the fastest, smallest and most sturdy CO2 inflator in the motorcycle industry. With the Air Chuck you just push in against the valve to start the flow of CO2, then release to stop—just like an air hose chuck. Includes three 16g. threaded CO2 cartridges, as well as the above mentioned repair tools and materials.

• Tire Repair & Inflation Kit Deluxe (# 3516) – For ATV’s and small-to-medium sized street and dirt motorcycle tires. Comes with our Ultraflate Plus inflator, three 16g. non-threaded cartridges, repair tools and supplies. The Ultraflate Plus is an easy-to-use CO2 inflator, engineered for precise control of the rate of inflation. Designed for use with our new, economical 16g. non-threaded cartridges, but also works with a variety of CO2 cartridges, including the larger 25g. cartridge. Size: 5.25” x 6.5” x 1”; Weight: 12.9 oz

• Tire Repair & Inflation Kit Premium (#3517) – This kit was designed specifically for the larger street tires found on cruisers, touring bikes, and Harleys. Offers 90 grams of CO2 and will fill a rear cruiser or Harley size tire. Includes the Monster Air Chuck, two 45g. threaded CO2 cartridges, and repair tools and supplies mentioned above. The Monster Air Chuck is our top-of-the-line, all metal construction, mini inflator. It is super easy and super fast to use. Only inflator compatible with the larger 5/8” threads of the 45g. CO2 cartridges. Can also be used by ATV, dirt, sport, and enduro bike riders who have frequent flats and need plenty of instant inflation power.
