BENNETTS UNVEIL WINNERS OF NATIONWIDE SEARCH FOR THE ‘BENNETTS BABES’

Bennetts Insurance Services, one of the UK’s major players specialising in motorcycle insurance, have revealed the 12 winners of their search for the ‘Bennetts Babes’ at the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show, Birmingham.
2003 World Superbike Champion and MotoGP rider, Neil Hodgson, who is also sponsored by Bennetts, unveiled the girls to the media on the Bennetts stand. The winning girls have already received a photo shoot at a top studio, and will attend personal appearances on behalf of Bennetts in addition to being part of the exclusive ‘Bennetts Babes’ 2005 calendar, which is free in the December issue of TWO magazine. The winners were judged on a combination of looks, personality and the ability to fulfil the role of ambassadors for Bennetts. It follows the success of the first ever ‘Bennetts Babes’ campaign last year when four winning girls were unearthed and spent 12 months in the public spotlight. Top model Lucy Pinder launched the nationwide search to show what life as a Bennetts Babe would be like and encouraged girls from all over to get involved, with hundreds of entries being sent in from across the country. Matthew Gledhill, Managing Director of Bennetts, said: “After the success of the Bennetts Babes last year we wanted to re-launch, extend the campaign and give other girls the chance to join the already successful ‘Bennetts Babes’. It’s a fantastic opportunity and we are confident that the winning girls will be a huge hit with bikers.” The ‘Bennetts Babes’ will also be appearing in an exclusive online advent calendar that will be available during December at www.bennetts.co.uk The ‘Bennetts Babes’ campaign is supported by the Daily Star Sunday (National newspaper media partner) and TWO (Motorcycle magazine media partner).
