PADDOCK STAND FOR BUELL MOTORCYCLES A new paddock stand has been built specifically for owners of Buell® motorcycles. This is the first accessory manufactured by Harris Performance Products for Buell’s air-cooled motorcycles. The Hertford-based company with 35 years’ experience operating at the pinnacle of the motorcycle and motorsport industries – has developed the stand to be compatible for all air-cooled Buell® models, including the XB12S, XB12Ss, XB12Scg, XB12STT, XB9SX, and the Ulysses® XB12X and XB12XT. The ‘roll on’ product has been integrated into Harris’s range and is fabricated as a one-piece construction using stainless steel tube and high-load nylon wheels. The mild steel fabricated cups are black nylon coated to protect the swingarm from friction damage when the paddock stand is in use, for added security ‘R’ clips are supplied which when inserted in the cup spindle negate the chance of the cup slipping out of the stand assembly. The stand has an access hole in the cup so that the pinch bolt for the axle can be undone while the bike is upright and supported.
