The 4,000 acre park is privately owned and therefore not affected by recent legislation affecting the use of public right of ways. The facility offers almost endless trails and terrains with a wide range of challenging, enjoyable off-road courses to suit every type of rider. In addition to the highly acclaimed Level One and Level Two courses that have been so successful in previous years, Simon Pavey and his team have introduced two exciting new experiences to this year’s BMW Off Road Skills programme: a ‘Day in the Dirt’ and the all new ‘Brecon Beacons Discovery’. There is also an Off Road Skills tour to the Pyrenees. The Level One Basic, Advanced and Level Two courses are two day, tuition based courses. All riders are divided into groups depending on their skill level to ensure everyone gains maximum enjoyment. • Level One Basic – this is a great course for novice or nervous road rider with no off-road experience. Participants will also have the opportunity to put their skills to the test, riding on more challenging and adventurous trails. • Level Two – designed specifically for those who have already completed the Level One courses confidently, it quickly refreshes the Level 1 course and progresses on to more advanced and technical riding. New for 2008: • Day in the Dirt – a one day event suitable for all levels of off-road rider- from those who have completed a Level One Basic course right through to experienced off-road riders.
