AGREED VALUE POLICIES ON ANY BIKE, TRIKE OR QUAD
26 October 2007 - Bikesure

GET THE TRUE VALUE OF YOUR MACHINE

Expensive motorbikes are becoming increasingly popular. They not only look good, sound good and get you from A to B – fast, but they also have excellent pulling power (and that''s not just referring to the engine). It''s not unusual for top end motorbikes to cost nearly £20,000 and older bikes or specialized models with customized add-ons are actually worth more than their market value.

Up till now these classy machines have been a nightmare to insure but Bikesure has launched an insurance policy which offers Agreed Values on ANY bike, trike or quad regardless of how much it is worth over and above the market value. Previously this type of policy was only available on classic bikes and not on well looked after, mint condition 10 year old bikes with high values.

To set the policy up, all Bikesure requires are three good quality pictures of the bike (digital photos sent by e-mail are fine) and a self-certified valuation. Once the Agreed Valuation is settled with Bikesure it means that in the event of an accident or total loss there can be no argument on the value of the vehicle when claiming. Unusual or hard to categorize bikes may also require a dealer value.

Bikesure has a huge range of specialist policies for the motorcycle enthusiast, including schemes for performance and custom bikes, scooters, trikes, quads and bug riders.
