04 August 2007 - Duke Marketing Ltd
Limited edition signed TT 2007 DVD available from Duke
The Centenary of the Isle of Man TT was a milestone in motorcycle racing heritage, and now you can own a piece of genuine TT history. John McGuinness, the undoubted star of TT 2007, has agreed to sign a strictly limited number of copies of the Official TT DVD Review, from Duke. A donation will be made to the TT Riders’ Association for every copy sold. McGuinness said: ‘The Centenary TT was a fantastic and special event for me, so I am delighted to join Duke in remembering a record-breaking festival of racing and supporting the TT Riders’ Association.’ The two-disc review, featuring four hours of race action and features, has already proved hugely popular, and the limited number of signed copies are likely to be snapped up by TT devotees. The Centenary celebrations brought 60,000 fans to the Isle of Man, and they were treated to some amazing racing. Morecambe’s McGuinness re-wrote the record books, claiming another two wins to take his overall tally to 13 – making him the third most successful TT rider in history, behind past greats Joey Dunlop and Mike Hailwood. In the final race of the fortnight, McGuinness smashed the lap record, breaking through the 130mph barrier for the first time. It was a fitting end to one of the greatest TTs ever. Now the TT legend has agreed to sign his name on a limited number of copies of the Official DVD Review. The review, featuring all six races, practice, off-track entertainment and a wealth of features, is already a unique record of the Centenary year, but the addition of McGuinness’s autograph makes signed copies a genuine piece of TT history. A signed copy of the Official TT 2007 Review is just £26.99, with £1 being donated to the TT Riders’ Association for every one sold. The unsigned version is still available, priced just £19.99.
