Genuine Vespa chrome accessories for retro LXV scooters

Vespa offers a range of stylish chrome accessories that enable owners to customise its new LXV scooter. The LXV is styled to pay tribute to the classic Vespas of the 1960s and this collection of genuine Vespa chrome racks and crash bars means that riders can recreate similar fashions to scooters of the period.

The chrome front carry rack is designed to complement the rear carrier, which is fitted as standard to both 50cc and 125cc models. It fits to existing mounting points with minimum fuss and can be folded upright when not in use. The front carry rack sells in the shops for £95.

Vespa also produces chrome-plated side protectors for the leg shields at the front and the body panels at the rear, including the tail light. Like the carry rack, these utilise existing mounting points and also follow the lines of the all-steel bodywork, creating a stylish frame for the LXV. The front protectors sell for £95 and the rear version for £98.

All of these accessories are manufactured from high-quality chrome, which has a five-layer galvanic plating to avoid rusting when exposed to air and the elements, joined by braze welding to enhance the finished appearance.

Other useful accessories include a rubber foot mat in black with the Vespa logo, which retails for £18 and a tailor-made bike cover. The latter item is manufactured from water resistant material with a reflective strip running right the way around. The vehicle cover allows for extra accessories to be fitted, including racks, screens or top cases, and sells for £45.
