LIMITED BY DESIGN MOMO DESIGN has launched a limited edition of their best-selling Fighter helmet. These handcrafted Italian helmets are inspired by the original shape of helicopter pilots’ helmets with their distinctive thermally shaped visor. The lightweight shell (weighing just 950g) has a high gloss metallic silver coating of paint and is trimmed with hand-stitched tan leather. Inside is a deluxe anti-allergenic/anti-sweat lining by Dupont and the Fighter is fastened by an easy to operate quick-release buckle. The visor itself is a work of art. It has a hand stitched leather trim, to match the shell, and is attached by brushed alloy brackets. It may be removed - either for cleaning or to convert the Fighter into a jet style helmet - by unscrewing a hand-operated restraint on either side (so no tools needed). Each helmet has a unique number embroidered into the leather trim above the neck. The MOMO Fighter Limited edition is produced in sizes XS – XL in gloss metallic silver with tan leather trim. The MOMO Fighter Limited Edition retails for £179.99 including a helmet bag.
